Adetola Nola is an enterprising and innovative entrepreneur, who has been instrumental in redefining business success in Nigeria. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Veritasi Homes and Properties, a prominent real estate company, he has achieved noteworthy milestones, including a BBB rating on Data Pro in 2021 and the successful registration of a N30.00 Billion CP Programme on FMDQ in 2022.

Adetola Nola is a graduate of Chemical engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. He pursued Real Estate Design, Finance, and Management studies at Harvard Business School in 2022. He furthered his expertise in Project and Infrastructure Finance at London Business School in 2020.

Adetola also gained valuable insights into Managerial Finance and Management Techniques through his studies at the London School of Business and Finance in 2019. Additionally, he holds a Master in Business Administration from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, acquired between 2019 and 2020. Adetola honed his skills in Strategic Management and Leadership during his time at the Metropolitan School of Business & Management from 2018 to 2019. Lastly, he expanded his knowledge in Strategy and Innovation at Lagos Business School in 2018.

He has well-developed business advisory skills gained from his diverse work experience as an entrepreneur as well as a strong passion for building and mentoring start-up founders. He recently found Nola Business Incubator, one that mentors and funds startup businesses in Nigeria. Adetola Nola was recently featured as a 30 under 30 founder by Forbes Magazine and also, a youth ambassador with ECOWAS.

Through his educational pursuits at these esteemed institutions, Adetola has acquired a strong foundation in business and management principles. This educational background, coupled with his entrepreneurial acumen, has enabled him to excel in his role as an innovative leader, driving growth and creating long-term value for stakeholders within the Nigerian business landscape.

Nigerian-born and Nigerian-trained, Uwadiale began his career during his undergraduate days as a small businessman, having poultry with over 1,500 birds which shows and talks a lot about his interest in the Agricultural Sector, he also had what they call a business center at that time where he handled the repairs and sales of a computer system, setting up internet cyber café during a dialogue era, Database Management, Spreadsheet Analysis, Accounting and Quantitative Analysis.

Uwadiale spent most of his career outside Nigeria, majorly in the following
countries UAE, United Kingdom, Amsterdam, France, Spain, United States, Nigeria and Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Angola & Kuwait. In these Countries, he worked in the Oil and Gas Industry, rising from the position of a field engineer to a Regional Manager

Before leaving Oil and Gas to face the next chapter of his life as a dedicated Businessman, Investor and philanthropist, channeling his passion, commitment, and dedication to realizing the development of the African continent, especially Nigeria.

Uwadiale In 2007, During his master’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University and where he was doing a Part-Time Job as a Security Guard, he applied for the position of Field Engineer at Weatherford International, UK where he met all criteria and was employed.

Two (2) years after At 29, Uwadiale was offered the opportunity to become a Senior Field Supervisor at Schlumberger International, where he was responsible for a 12-man team with the core responsibility of providing technical guidance, field support, and execution of projects.

This opportunity influenced his life, prompting him to give young employees the same opportunity he was given. Uwadiale success in this role ignited his passion for investing in the lives of young people.

Uwadiale’s accomplishments became public when he became the Regional Manager, Managing and growing business in 6 countries such as Ghana, Senegal, IVC, Guinea, Benin and Liberia where he took central roles handling multimillion-Dollar projects catapulting the company to market-leading positions with innovations of impact to revenue growth.

In 2019, Uwadiale made history again when he surprisingly resigned from Wellbore Integrity Solutions in Kuwait, as a Senior Field Supervisor Uwadiale Founded Raedial Holdings Limited committed to poverty eradication and driving job creation across African countries. Since its inception, the company has identified and catalyzed over 1,000 employment opportunities.

In addition, Uwadiale’s influence on productivity and team motivation translated and continues to translate into substantial bottom-line profits positioning all companies on a trajectory for increased and sustained growth, with a total value estimated of about 30Bn Naira.
